(a) Tender fee in the form of Demand Draft / Banker’s Cheque drawn in favour of ‘Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd.,-C&MM’ and payable at Mumbai is to be sent separately by post / courier so as to reach at the Tender Section, C&MM, NPCIL, Nabhikiya Urja Bhavan , A-0 Block, Anushaktinagar, Mumbai – 400 094, India on or before due date & time of submission of e-tender. Payment by Cash or Cheque is NOT acceptable. Tenderer shall write their Company Name and Tender Number on the reverse side of Demand Draft / Banker’s Cheque.
(b) Firms registered with National Small Scale Industries Corporation (NSIC) are exempted from tender fee against submission of valid NSIC registration certificate. However such firms should ensure that valid NSIC registration certificate should reach Tender Section, C&MM, NPCIL, Nabhikiya Urja Bhavan , A-0 Block, Anushaktinagar, Mumbai – 400 094 on or before stipulated last Date & Time for online submission of e-Tender, otherwise their tender cannot be opened and such bids will be summarily rejected.

(a) Prospective bidders are required to register online on NPCIL e-Tendering Portal alongwith requisite digital signature to participate in above E-Tender.
(b) A pre-bid meeting for providing clarifications to the tenderers will be held online on 01.04.2011 from 11:00hrs to 13:00 hrs at e-tendering website of NPCIL i.e. www.npcil.abcprocure.com. For this purpose, tenderers should send their queries (both technical and commercial) on or before 29.03.2011 to edcmm_tender@npcil.co.in & etender@npcil.co.in or alternatively they can raise their queries in online mode on 01.04.2011 from 11:00hrs to 13:00 hrs at e-tendering website of NPCIL i.e. www.npcil.abcprocure.com.The responses to tenderers queries / clarifications / information will be provided during online pre-bid conversation as per the schedule given above. However, a complete MOM will be uploaded on the e-tendering web site against the respective tender after completion of pre-bid meeting.
(c) NPCIL will not be responsible for any delay / non-delivery of tender fee due to post / courier.
(d) Such of those offers whose requisite tender fee is not received on or before stipulated last Date & Time for online submission of e-Tender, and not meeting to the qualifying requirement will be summarily rejected.
(e) NPCIL reserves the right to accept / reject any or all bids in part / full without assigning any reason.
(f) If the due date for opening of Tender happens to be a holiday in NPCIL, the same will be carried out on the next working day at the same time.
